WOD - Workout of the day - Our main CrossFit class - strength, gymnastics, functional movements and conditioning
STRENGTH - Increase your upper body strength targeting chest, shoulders, back, Biceps and triceps
OLYMPIC LIFTING - Improve your olympic lifts with a whole session dedicated to lifting and technique
COMP PREP - For those who are keen to train for upcoming comps or who want to have a go at comp style WODS
BUBS & BARBELLS - This class is child friendly so bring your little one down while you train - Also open to childless members too!
OPEN GYM - Do the daily WOD or your own thing / MON - FRI 8am-10am & 5-7pm
