Simon the innerwest viking has been in the fitness game for over 10 years. He has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, as well as being committed to his own self development.

Being a qualified chef for over 10 years gives him the upper hand in creating healthy, easy and quick recipes for you right here on our Rapture Recipes page. Simon says “ To play like an athlete, cook like a chef. Because everyone knows how boring and tasteless chicken, rice and broccoli can be!”

Simon has trained in Muay Thai for 5 years & is currently training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Lana is fun, optimistic and a little on the wild side. Having come from a not so fit background she has guinea-piged her way through every diet and workout known on earth. She knows what works and what doesn’t. Lana understands what its like to be there and is enthusiastic about helping you reach your fitness goals.

Lana has a strong fitness background and has been working actively in the industry for over 3 years specialising in CrossFit and Olympic lifting.

She has competed in many CrossFit events and also love’s obstacle course racing.

Lana is a new mum and trained CrossFit until Week 39 of her pregnancy! She will show you how to change your workouts according to your situation. Weather it be progress from beginner to CrossFit beast, through pregnancy and postpartum or recovery from injury, Lana’s got your back.

Ashley Reed

Ashley is a dedicated coach on a mission to empower individuals to embrace health and fitness while nurturing their mental and physical well-being. Ashley's own fitness journey commenced in 2013 when she took her first steps into a gym. Having grappled with body image issues for much of her life, she intimately understands the emotional rollercoaster such struggles can entail. At the beginning of her training journey, like many, her primary focus was on aesthetics and fat loss. However, her perspective has evolved, shifting from aesthetics to a deep commitment to performance, health and vitality. Today, she embodies a level of health, confidence, and happiness she never thought possible, and she's determined to help her clients achieve the same transformative results, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.

Over the past decade, Ashley has explored a wide array of training styles. Yet, it wasn't until 2020 that she unearthed her true passion in Olympic lifting and CrossFit. The precision and dedication demanded by both disciplines resonated profoundly with her inner enthusiast. Equally significant was the profound sense of community she discovered in the gym, making each training session a daily highlight.
